台式肉燥飯
-- 材料 (2人份量)
半肥瘦碎豬肉 - 1 lb
紅葱頭 - 6 粒 (切成碎粒)
蒜頭 - 6 瓣 (切成蒜蓉粒)
老抽 - 1 tbsp (可省掉)
生抽 - 2 tbsp
砂糖 - 2 tbsp
胡椒粉 - 適量
-- 做法
1. 碎豬肉用調味料醃一會, 備用
2. 中火燒紅鑊, 加油, 爆香蒜頭及紅葱頭, 再放碎豬肉炒勻
3. 加入一碗水, 慢火煮至碎豬肉熟透及汁液稠杰即可
