去骨雞腿肉,
鹽
薑末
蔥
米酒或料理酒
-- 做法
1. 雞肉用鹽, 薑末醃一下
2. 將蔥墊底, 淋上1, 2大匙米酒或料理酒一起蒸
(因為會出很多雞湯, 所以要用有點深度的盤子)
3. 大火蒸大概15 mins
4. 蒸好之後肉夾起來放一下, 不那麼燙再切, 即成
