意式蘑菇薯仔批
(8寸橢圓陶瓷焗盤)

蕃茄
薯仔
蘑菇
蒜頭
乾羅勒葉碎
巴馬臣芝士
布利芝士(Bire)
-- 做法
1. 蕃茄切成細顆粒, 蒜頭切片, 薯仔切片 (約2mm 厚)
2. 用橄欖油爆香蒜頭, 放蕃茄粒略炒, 加羅勒葉, 轉小火煮5 分鐘. 下少許鹽調味, 關火放涼
3. 陶瓷焗盤先塗一層橄欖油, 然後依下列次序逐層排進材料: 薯片 --> 茄醬 --> 蘑菇 --> 布利芝士碎 --> 薯片
